Shipping Area

We currently ship only within the United States (including the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, and Hawaii). We do not offer international shipping or deliveries to P.O. Boxes.

Carrier

All orders are shipped via UPS. Deliveries are made in accordance with UPS shipping and delivery policies.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once processed, estimated delivery times based on the selected UPS shipping method are:

  • UPS Ground: 1 to 5 business days
  • UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days
  • UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day

Delivery estimates are provided by UPS and may vary depending on the destination, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of the order, shipping address, and the selected delivery method.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your UPS tracking number. You can use this number to check the status and location of your shipment on the official UPS website.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Delays & Liability

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by UPS, weather, natural disasters, or other force majeure events. However, we will make every effort to assist you in resolving any shipping-related issues.

Damaged Items in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the packaging and the damaged product. We will review the case and offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
